POINTS OF DIFFERENCE

Not all beauty colleges are created equal. EBC is an accredited beauty college. That means we meet strict educational standards and maintains minimum student outcomes including completion, licensure, and employment of graduates. It also means that our students are eligible to apply for financial aid while those attending non-accredited schools are not.

Every program at EBC is designed to provide students with the techniques and skills they need to enter the beauty industry with confidence. You’ll be taught by educational leaders and learn on equipment used in salons today. Click here to download an ebook to see what you may learn.

There is a business side to the beauty industry that many schools overlook. Not us. Our Business program will teach you foundational business principles that will help you grow your clientele or open your own salon. Read more here to take a deeper look of our business training program.

The best way to grow your skills is by doing. At EBC, we supplement our classroom learning with opportunities for hands-on training. Our campuses have salons and spas where students work with paying customers.

EBC is an accredited school that has been awarded for its excellence. A few of those include the Excellence in Education by Modern Salon Magazine, and Seattle Business Magazine’s Family Business of the Year. Click here to see our awards and accolades.

Don’t Let a Product Line Define You:

We don’t believe in a “one-size-fits all” approach to professional beauty products. By working with different product lines and manufactures, our programs are designed to offer students a broad exposure to industry trends, employment networks, and advanced education opportunities. We encourage students not to limit themselves to a single brand; your professional identity should be just as unique and diverse as you are.

Awards & Credentials

Our philosophy, practices, and dedication to students’ personal and professional growth are evident in the myriad of awards earned over the years, including the Golden School Award for the “Community Involvement”, the Modern Salon Excellence in Education Awards in the Advance Education & Alumni Program, and many more. For a full list of our awards, visit our awards & credentials page.
